Chrome
  1. Select Chrome > Preferences.
  2. Scroll down and expand the Advanced section.
  3. Click on Content Settings.
  4. See if it says "Allow sites to run Flash" under the Flash heading. If not, click on that section and make sure "Allow sites to run Flash" is on and "Ask first" is off.
  5. Close the window, quit Chrome and try again.


Firefox

  1. Select Tools > Add Ons.
  2. Click on the Plugins item on the left.
  3. In the Shockwave Flash line item, select "Always Activate" from the drop down menu on the right side.
