You can manage Smart Ink via the “Smart Ink Settings” application. The easiest way to find it is to click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right of your menu bar and type “Smart Ink Settings” into the search field. Select the application and it should open.
Once open, you can set whether or not Smart Ink launches when you log in, turn it off of on, and determine when the Smart Ink toolbar appear.
