Occasionally, upon device turn in, we find that a staff member had enabled the "Find My iPhone" service on their iPad with their personal icloud account. If this is not turned off, we are unable to wipe the device and reassign it, unless 1 of the following 2 happens:
You may enter your icloud credentials on the iPad to turn off the "Find My iPhone"
or
You may turn it off remotely through the following steps:
1) login at www.icloud.com
2) Click “Find iPhone"
3) Click “All Devices” at the top.
4) Select your old staff iPad, and click “Remove From Account"
