If you are a staff member authorized to print in color to the color copier, here are instructions on how to create a preset to print in color faster when needed.
This can be done in all browsers, but it's easiest to follow in Chrome:
1) After selecting print, choose the color copier you'll be printing to. (probably the iRC355 Color)
2) In the drop down menu under "Orientation" on the print dialog window, choose "Color/Quality".
3) Make sure you have it selected to print in color.
4) Now, towards the top of the print dialog window, choose the drop down window next to "Presets"
5) Choose "Save Current Settings as Preset" and name it whatever you'd like (I suggest Color Printing)
6) Next time you need to print to the copier in color, just choose the drop down menu next to "Presets" and choose your newly made color printing preset!
Once you save this preset, it should also show up when you choose that printer as a destination if you are printing from Safari, Chrome, or Firefox.
